THE BEAUTY OF A WOMAN

THE BEAUTY OF A WOMAN:  ACCORDING TO AUDREY HEPBURN

Audrey Hepburn was a fashion icon, actress, and most of all a philantropist.  She was born on May 4, 1929 in Brussels, Belgium.  In 1961, her role in the movie "Breakfast At Tiffany's" made her as a fashion icon that set new fashion standards.  In the late 1980's, she became a good will ambassador for UNICEF.  She tried to raise awareness about the needs of children around the world.

Her famous quote and beauty advice below defines her meaning of a woman's true beauty.

THE BEAUTY OF A WOMAN

The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair.  The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides.

True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul.  It's the caring that she lovingly gives, the passion that she shows and the beauty of a woman only grows with passing years.

BEAUTY ADVICE

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.  For lovely eyes, seek out the good in the people.  For slim figure, share your food with the hungry.  For beautiful hair, let a child run their fingers through it once a day.  For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.

People more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed.  Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms.  As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one helping yourself and the other for helping others.
